 City of Renton Planning Commission
Notice of Public Hearing

September 16, at 6 p.m.

A Special Message from Paul Miller, KNA President:
 Hello Kennydale Neighbors!

The City of Renton is proposing a rezone of the area from Park Ave to I405 along 30th St.  This is due to the current mixture of zonings, and some properties with split zoning in the proposal area.  The City would like to make the area a single zoning. We want the neighborhood to be aware of the proposal and to attend the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Sept 16 at 6PM.  Please see the details, and the Zoom link to attend, in the Notice of Public Hearing below.

You are also encouraged to download and review the rezone proposal document: "19-M-04 Staff Report"  below, in order to read full details.

Comments may be sent in by 5PM Tuesday Sept 15 to Clark Close at;     cclose@rentonwa.gov.

Thank you.
Paul Miller
President, Kennydale Neighborhood Association
