Spring is finally here and there is an end in sight for the pandemic.  The KNA Board continues to function, remotely, throughout this trying time.  Now that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, we would like to start planning future activities that can still be done with social distancing.  For example, the Santa Parade in December was a big hit. 
We need ideas from YOU!  Do you have any ideas or requests?  Please add your voice and participate in one (or both) of the surveys, below.  KNA's Junior Rep, Jack Battin, designed one especially for the student population, (under 18), so please see his letter below, and get the whole family involved.  There is a separate survey for 18 & older.

Note:  The survey will remain available until May 7th.  The questions submitted here, in the survey, will be forwarded to the proper city personnel, or responsible person, around the 2nd week in May.

Hello  Kennydale Neighbors! 

My name is Jack Battin, and I am the new Junior representative for the Kennydale Neighborhood Association. I am a voting member on the board so I will be able to vote for everything that the board votes on. So, if there is something important that would directly effect the students in Kennydale, I would be able to have a voice about it and share my opinions about it.  
I have lived in lower Kennydale for my whole life (15 years). I love living in Kennydale because of how kind the community is. My favorite part about living here is watching the sunsets at the beach in the summer. 
I am very excited to represent the students in the neighborhood and to make a positive contribution to the community!  I have created a survey just for students. Please ask your kids to fill it out, as it is very important because this survey is getting your kid's opinions on things affecting Kennydale and some other items that are very important.
