Garage Sale

​Saturday, June 26th, 2021
​9 am to 4 pm

Plan now for the annual garage sale, organized by the Kennydale Neighborhood Association.

We encourage all residents to participate: set up a sale at your home, get a red balloon from KNA (see below), and look forward to the substantial crowds that this sale always attracts.  In past years we have had over 50 families participating.

​KNA is supporting this event by:

• this website announcement (www.kennydale.org)
• placing fliers at local businesses,
• email reminders to 350+ homes,
• postings on social media and
• A-Board signs at all the entry roads into Kennydale. 

​This is a great opportunity to make a few $$$, clear out "treasures”, clean out your closets, attic, garage and basement.  And, whether or not you hold a sale, be sure to check around your neighborhood to see what kinds of goodies are being offered by others!  

Red Balloons

Red Balloons will be handed out from 8 am until 9 am on the morning of the sale.  
Sellers are encouraged to place their balloon at the front of their lot so that shoppers can easily spot your sale as they drive along the street.

So that all sellers can quickly receive a balloon to mark their sale, KNA will  have two distribution points set up where you can go to pick up your balloon.

1. Park & Ride lot on Park Ave. N.
2.  Kennydale Lions Park (parking lot)

If we have left-over balloons at 9 am, we will place them at the end of each street where a sale is being held.

New - Decorate the Neighborhood
​Rock Painting

KNA and the Garrettson Family are sponsoring Rock Painting Kits for kids of all ages.  Stop by Cloudbreak between 9:30 am & 12:00 pm to pick up your kit.  Decorate the rocks at home, then place them on your favorite neighborhood trail for your neighbors to find, admire and enjoy!

Cloudbreak Cafe
is hosting a Food Truck at 4:00 pm

After a busy day at Garage Sales, stop by Cloudbreak to pick up dinner, dessert, or both at the cafe, or the participating food truck. (to be determined, check back here soon)
